Mentoring Minutes: Lumbopelvic Movement and Low Back Pain

Welcome to PhysioU’s Mentoring Minutes! Each episode of Mentoring Minutes directly applies a clinical approach with relevant research for effective results.

Studies show that there is a correlation between those with chronic low back pain and limited hip external rotation mobility as well as excessive lumbopelvic rotation movement when actively internally rotating the hip. In today’s episode of Mentoring Minutes with Dr. Marshall Lemoine, we will be discussing risk factors for patients with chronic low back pain and how we can effectively recognize and treat these patients.

The newest Mentoring Minutes get posted on Facebook every Monday.  If you are not on Facebook, you can find most of our videos on YouTube.  See you next week!
